Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is considered anyone who works inside the office.

Customer Service Specialist must provide superior customer service. They are the front line of communication with our guests and are responsible for keeping the office organized, answering emails, phone calls, entering customer data into the database.

• Give accurate detailed information to all guests, whether by communicating through email, phone, or in person
• Insert customer data into an Access database
• Keeping the office cleaned and organized, routinely check restrooms to ensure they are in excellent condition
• Completing monetary transactions including running cash register, cash deposits and end of day Z reports
• Assist customers in finding the right trip and campsite
