Canoe Livery Campground

The Canoe Livery Campground features 20 convenient campsites located at the heart of our canoe livery. These sites are ideal for guests who want to stay close to trip check-in, river access, and on-site amenities.

It’s a simple, easy basecamp for paddlers, groups, and overnight guests looking for a central location and quick access to the river.

Hocking Hills Campground

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Earlier check-in may be available if your campsite is ready.

 The Canoe Livery Campground offers an additional 20 sites, perfect for guests seeking a more secluded camping experience. River Access is a short walk from camp. For direct river access consider camping at our RiverBend Campground 

Yes. Guests are welcome to fish along the Hocking River right next to their sites.

Each campsite includes:

  • A designated camping area
  • A fire ring
  • A picnic table
  • Access to restrooms and hot showers
  • Access to the Hocking River and campground common areas

Yes. Restroom facilities and hot showers are available for campground guests. There is a showerhouse located at the Riverbend Campground and Canoe Livery.

Yes. Our Campground offers easy access to canoeing, kayaking, rafting, and tubing on the Hocking River, making it a great basecamp for river adventures.

Canoe Livery  Campground is conveniently located near popular Hocking Hills attractions, including hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and the Natural Rockbridge. It’s just minutes from Kroger, Starbucks, and many popular restaurants, and only a short drive—about 10 miles—to the area’s state parks. Riverbend offers the perfect central location for exploring everything the Hocking Hills has to offer.
