One of the best parts of staying at Riverbend Campground is having direct access to the Hocking River.
We have a private boat launch right at the campground, and we provide the tubes so you can float straight from your campsite down to our canoe livery.
Enjoy a short, relaxing float of about 30 minutes — and go as many times as you’d like during your stay.
Tube rentals are available for a small additional fee.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Earlier check-in may be available if your campsite is ready.
Can we take river trips from the campground
Yes. Canoe and tubing trips are just a short walk from the campground at our canoe livery, making it easy to get on the river with a short walk or drive

The Canoe Livery Campground offers an additional 20 sites, perfect for guests seeking a more secluded camping experience.
Is fishing allowed along the river?
Yes. Guests are welcome to fish along the Hocking River right next to their sites.
Can we tube from the Campground?
Yes. We’ve built a private boat launch at the campground, and we provide the tubes so you can float the Hocking River directly from your campsite to our canoe livery. You can go as many times as you’d like, and it’s a short, relaxing trip of about 30 minutes. Tube rentals are available for a small additional fee

Yes. Restroom facilities and hot showers are available for campground guests. There is a showerhouse located at the Riverbend Campground and Canoe Livery.

Can I use campground launch if I have my own boat?
Yes. If you’re camping with us, you’re welcome to use our landing and private campground launch at no additional cost.
