Twice a year HHA organizes a Hocking River clean up. How much and where the river is cleaned depends on participation. Canoes, PFDS, Paddles and Trash bags are provided.
Registration is at 8:00 am at the livery. From the livery you will be bussed to various sections of the river and picked up later in the day.
Please wear closed toe shoes. Bring grabbers if you have them and gloves are recommended. It is not advisable to bring small children under 6 as this is a “get in the water” activity.
There is a chance the clean up could be cancelled due to weather. It will NOT be rescheduled. Next clean up will be in June. Thanks. Waivers must be completed on site day of event.
